Unlock Human Potential Through Insight
Every person is driven by a unique combination of strengths, motivations, and talents. Humalyzer provides organizations with the insights and tools needed to build stronger teams, better leaders, and more engaged employees. Humalyzer Profile is the foundation of our insight platform. The assessment reveals strengths, motivations, talents, and workplace preferences, providing a comprehensive understanding of what helps people thrive and perform at their best. The profile can be used for individual development, team development, leadership development, and recruitment.
How Humalyzer helps
How Humalyzer helps
Recruitment and onboarding
With insight into a candidate’s drivers and work preferences, you can assess the fit between candidate, role, culture and manager. This gives a stronger basis for decisions in recruitment and increases the likelihood of a good match from day one.
Talent and leadership development
When managers understand their employees, they can create the right conditions for development, ask the right questions and assign the right responsibilities. Humalyzer is not just a measurement tool but a development tool that fosters reflection, direction and ownership.
Team optimization
When people are understood, you can build teams where skills complement one another and where differences drive progress rather than friction. Employees who thrive perform better, engage more and create greater value.

Multiple layers of insight
Big Five Traits
Humalyzer Profile includes elements from the NEO Personality Inventory developed by Paul Costa Jr. and Robert McCrae – one of the most validated models in personality psychology. For HR and management, it provides a more reliable basis for decisions, greater validity in recruitment and development, and a nuanced picture of behavior and work patterns.
Motivational Drivers
Humalyzer Profile is based on Self-Determination Theory by Edward Deci and Richard Ryan. The theory shows that motivation depends on three core needs: autonomy, competence and relatedness. For organizations, this means a better understanding of what drives each employee, stronger wellbeing and engagement, and more effective retention.
Natural Strengths
Humalyzer Profile is primarily based on the strengths-focused approach from Gallup and the work of Donald Clifton. Research shows that organizations achieve better results when they work systematically with employees’ strengths rather than weaknesses. This drives higher engagement and performance, more targeted talent development, and better use of existing resources.
Conflict Style
The assessment also provides insight into how an employee handles conflict, using the model by Kenneth Thomas and Ralph Kilmann. This creates value by clarifying natural roles in teams, strengthening a collaborative culture and improving overall team performance.
Stress Risk Profile
Identifies each person’s stress-vulnerability pattern – from perfectionist to avoidant – by combining personality, motivational drivers and natural strengths into a single risk level with tailored recommendations.
Team Fit Report
Humalyzer Profile uses team roles from Meredith Belbin to analyze contribution and collaboration. This clarifies natural roles in teams, strengthens a collaborative culture and improves overall team performance.
